Use cases

Metasplit provides a way for a land owner (or co-owners) to rent their property on our decentralized platform. So the owners can make their land profitable by generating regular incomes. Furthermore, people can rent a land in which they would be interested to organize events in the metaverse without buying the land.

The transaction is fully decentralized, so there is no intermediary. And it is made secure through a collateral deposit to avoid any risk of expropriation.
